Theatre is often subjective. Asolo Rep Talkbacks allow cast, crew and community members to share their own interpretations. Our panel transforms the mezzanine into a marketplace of ideas — enriching our collective understanding of each performance. 

In a whirlwind of song, dance and dialogue, it’s easy to miss the themes of your show. Asolo Rep Talkbacks help patrons revisit ideas that may not have been obvious. Through active discussion, we foster more meaningful connections with our material.

Stories look different from the stage — so we put patrons face-to-face with the cast and crew. Featured company members attend each panel to provide their own unique insights and answer questions about specific aspects of the show. 

Community stems from shared experiences. Asolo Rep Talkbacks create a common dialogue between our theatre and our community. Our panel is a safe space to connect over what you saw on stage and how it made you feel.
