Move it out: Add another level to the game by having each person add a gesture or movement to their face.
Sound it out: Add another level by having each person add a sound with their face.
Speak it out: Instead of passing a face, movement, or sound, pass a word. Choose one word, and each person has to say it differently. How does changing the way you say a word change its meaning?
