The Love, Loss, and What I Wore Essay Contest

Asolo Rep is inviting community members to remember their first love, worst love, best friend, family moment. What they were wearing when the most embarrassing thing in the world happened—or the most wonderful? What clothes changed your life or identity: pant suits, bomber jackets, tube tops, platform shoes, or whatever clothing item that has always stuck in your mind. Tell your story in 500 words or less and you may be selected to win four tickets to Love, Loss, and What I Wore and a $500 gift bag from Saks Fifth Avenue. Your winning entry will also be read live on stage by one of the Love, Loss, and What I Wore cast members following the July 13th performance. The winner will be announced by July 9, 2012.

Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, quality of writing, and stage adaptability.
