Class of 2012



Katie Cunningham ('12) is based in NYC and works regularly in regional theaters across the US. Currently, Katie is acting in her third production (The 39 Steps) at Clarence Brown Theatre, a LORT company in Knoxville, TN and preparing her course materials to return to McCarter Theatre Center in Princeton, NJ where she works as a teaching artist. In 2014-15, Katie returned to Asolo Rep to play the leading ladies inOur Betters and Both Your Houses. Her Off-Broadway credits include the American Place Theatre and NY Fringe Festival. Along with several FSU/Asolo alumni, Katie co-founded NYC company The Night Shift,which produces an ongoing Drunken Shakespeare series as well as full productions and readings. Katie holds a B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill and is a proud union member (AEA and SAG-AFTRA).



Benjamin Boucvalt is currently in New Orleans writing & acting in film. His summers have been spent with The Great River Shakespeare Festival, where he recently finished playing Romeo, in R&J. The desk he writes at is an old, gutted piano that was once the home to a host of carpenter bees. He published his first novel, THE RIVER ROAD, and the audiobook edition of the book is narrated by Benjamin himself. He has been teaching weekly film acting classes and has also been teaching the younger generation of hardcore Shakespeare nerds while in Minnesota with GRSF. Benjamin is still searching for truth amidst a world of constant self editing, always seeking forgiveness, and continuing to serve the world as a
